Key Features
Functions as an anticorrosive primer suitable for a wide range of corrosive environments; Applicable across a broad temperature range, from −90°C to 400°C; Exhibits excellent abrasion and impact resistance; Features outstanding self-healing capability; Good compatibility with various topcoats, including Epoxy, Polyurethane, Chlorinated Rubber, and Single-Component Acrylic.
Recommended Use
Recommended as a general, high-performance anticorrosive primer for structural steel in bridges, storage tanks, pipelines, offshore structures, and port machinery. It can also be applied as a single, complete long-term protective coating system on steel surfaces in medium-to-severe corrosive environments and areas subject to high wear.

Precautions
To avoid lumps and uneven mixing when blending the two components, follow these steps: |
1. Remove the Component B (powder part) package from the 20L drum.
2. Since Component A is liquid, shake well before use.
3. Pour 2/3 of Component A into the 20L package.
4. There is still 1/3 liquid left in the Component A drum; continue shaking until no sediment remains, then pour all into the 20L drum.
5. Pour Component B (zinc powder) into the 20L drum (which already contains liquid), stirring while adding.
6. After mixing, filter through a 60-mesh sieve before use.
7. Continuously stir the mixture during the spraying process.
