Founded in 1997, Zhejiang Bolei Coatings Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Bolei Industrial Group, with multiple subsidiaries engaged in coatings manufacturing, construction services, new material development, and international trade.
As a professional paint manufacturer based in China, we specialize in anti-corrosion coatings, fireproof coatings, emulsion paints, epoxy floor paints, and JS waterproof paints, widely applied in both industrial and construction sectors.
With advanced production facilities, a strict quality control system, and a stable raw material supply chain, we deliver high-quality and cost-competitive coating products and engineering solutions to our clients worldwide.
Basic Features
As an anti-corrosion primer, it is suitable for various corrosive environments.
It is suitable for a wide temperature range, from -90°C to 400°C.
It offers excellent wear and impact resistance.
It has excellent self-healing properties.
It is compatible with a variety of Topcoats, including epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber, and one-component acrylic Topcoats.
Recommended Applications
It can be used as a general-purpose, high-performance anti-rust primer for bridges, storage tanks, pipelines, offshore engineering, and port machinery. It can also be used as a single, complete, long-lasting protective Coating for steel surfaces subject to moderate to severe corrosion and prone to wear.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of contamination. Surfaces must have been assessed and prepared in accordance with ISO 8504. Cleanliness: Abrasive blasting to Sa 2 1/2 (ISO 8501-1:1988).
Roughness: Fine to medium (40-75 microns, Ry5) using a suitable angular grit (G) (ISO 8503-2).
Application Conditions
The substrate temperature must not fall below 5°C and must be at least 3°C above the air dew point. Temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is generally required in confined areas to ensure proper drying.
When applying the secondary Paint, the paint surface must be dry and free of any contamination.
Product Compatibility
Primer: Inorganic zinc-rich primer
Recommended subsequent Coatings: Epoxy high-build paint, epoxy micaceous iron paint, chlorinated rubber paint, vinyl chloride paint, polyurethane Topcoat, acrylic paint, polysiloxane Topcoat, fluorocarbon Topcoat, etc.
Storage
Store in accordance with national regulations. The recommended storage temperature is 15-25°C. Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated environment away from heat and ignition sources. Keep packaging tightly closed. At 25°C, Part A has a shelf life of at least 6 months, and Part B has a shelf life of 12 months.
Packaging
Part A: 11 kg (base), Part B: 18 kg (zinc powder).

| Precautions | To avoid lumps and uneven mixing during the blending of the two components, follow these steps: |
| 1. Remove the Component B (zinc powder part) package from the 20-liter packaging barrel. | |
| 2. Since Component A is liquid, shake well before use. | |
| 3. Pour 2/3 of Component A into the 20-liter packaging bucket. | |
| 4. There is still 1/3 liquid left in the Component A packaging barrel. Continue shaking until there is no residue of sediment, then pour all into the 20-liter bucket. | |
| 5. Pour Component B (zinc powder) into the 20-liter bucket already containing the liquid, stirring while pouring. | |
| 6. Then filter through a 60-mesh filter before use. | |
| 7. During the spraying process, continuously stir the mixed components. | |
