Recommended Uses
As a high-quality fluorocarbon metallic Topcoat, it is used as a glossy finish on surfaces such as steel, aluminum, fiberglass, fiberglass, wood, polyester, and plastic in severely corrosive environments. It cures at low temperatures.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt. Surfaces must be assessed and prepared in accordance with ISO 8504.
Pre-painted surfaces must be clean, dry, and in good condition with a compatible primer.
Application Conditions
The substrate temperature must not fall below 0°C and must be at least 3°C above the air dew point. Temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is generally required in confined areas to ensure proper drying.
When overcoating, the paint surface should be dry and free of contamination.
Product Compatibility
Primer: Zinc-rich primer or thick-build epoxy paint
Intermediate: Epoxy micaceous iron intermediate
Topcoat: Fluorocarbon metallic Topcoat
Topcoat: Fluorocarbon overpaint
Storage
Must be stored in accordance with national regulations. The recommended storage temperature is 15-25°C. The storage environment should be dry, cool, well-ventilated, and away from heat and ignition sources. The container must be kept tightly closed. At 25°C, the product has a shelf life of at least 12 months.
