Key Features
Serves as an anticorrosive primer for various corrosive environments; Features excellent abrasion and impact resistance; Provides outstanding self-healing properties; Good compatibility with various topcoats, including Epoxy, Polyurethane, Chlorinated Rubber, and Single-Component Acrylic; Zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and odorless; Fast drying with short recoating interval.
Recommended Use
Recommended as a general, high-performance anticorrosive primer for structural steel in bridges, storage tanks, pipelines, offshore structures, and port machinery. It can also be applied as a single, complete long-term protective coating system on steel surfaces in medium-to-severe corrosive environments and areas subject to high wear.

| Construction Parameters |
| Mix Ratio (by weight) |
Component A: Component B = 10:28 |
| Mixing |
Slowly add Component B (zinc powder) to Component A (liquid), stir slowly with a power mixer until thoroughly uniform, then filter through a 60-mesh sieve. It is recommended to keep stirring continuously during construction to prevent paint sedimentation. |

| Precautions |
To ensure daily cleaning of the coating system, improve production efficiency, and stable coating quality, it is recommended to rinse the entire spraying equipment system with clean water for several minutes before and after applying water-based inorganic zinc-rich coatings. Additionally, use a mechanical stirring device to maintain continuous stirring throughout the construction process. |
