Instructions
1. Before application, thoroughly remove rust from the steel structure surface and apply two coats of anti-rust paint. If the steel structure has already been painted, remove dust and oil from the surface to keep the surface clean. 2. Before applying indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant Coating (gypsum-based), a primer must be applied first. Primer should be applied by spraying, with a Coating thickness of 2-3 mm and an even coverage of 2-3 mm.
3. Primer application ratio: Special enhancer: indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant Coating (gypsum-based): water = 1:2.6:1.0 (by weight) (water can be used to adjust the consistency for spraying).
4. Indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant Coating (gypsum-based) application ratio: Indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant Coating (gypsum-based): water = 1.2-1.35:1 (weight ratio). The order of adding materials is as follows: first, add water to the mixing container, then add the indoor non-expanding steel structure fire retardant Coating (gypsum-based). (Powder should not be added all at once; it should be stirred while adding.) Stir for 10-15 minutes (the stirring time will vary depending on the size of the mixing container and the speed of the mixing equipment; it should be determined based on actual conditions). Once a uniform, thick fluid is formed without lumps (consistency should be between 8 and 12 cm), it is ready for application. The mixed Coating should be applied within 15 minutes. It should be sprayed and applied in one go to the specified thickness.
5. Anti-corrosion and rust prevention for substrates. Construction should be carried out in accordance with design requirements. Bolei brand heavy-duty anti-corrosion industrial Coatings may also be used. Compatibility testing should be conducted before using other brands of anti-rust Coatings. The curing period for this fire-retardant Coating is 45 days after application.
Construction Precautions
1. The construction environment temperature should be between 5-35°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. Work should be conducted on rainy days, when condensation condenses on the component surface, or when wind speeds exceed 5m/s. Avoid exposure to rain until the Coating has dried each day.
2. Prevent moisture and rain from entering the material, as moisture will render it ineffective.
Packaging and Storage
1. This product is packaged in woven bags lined with plastic bags, weighing 20kg per bag.
2. This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. It has a shelf life of six months.
3. It can be transported as normal, but ensure it is tightly sealed during transportation.
