Recommended Applications
Coating steel structures such as airport terminals, hotel lobbies, cinemas, and gymnasiums, and steel structures within industrial plants.

Application Instructions
1. Application should be performed after the steel structure has undergone rust removal and anti-rust treatment and has passed acceptance. Before application, clean the substrate from dust, oil, and other contaminants.
2. Stir the paint thoroughly before application. If the paint is too thick, add an appropriate amount of water.
3. Use a bucket sprayer with an air pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa. The first Paint should form a continuous, uniform, sealant layer approximately 0.2mm thick to enhance adhesion between the Coating and the steel substrate. Subsequent Paints should be applied in 0.3mm increments until the required thickness is reached. Allow the previous Paint to dry before applying the next Paint. The interval between each Paint should be at least 12 hours. For Coating thicknesses corresponding to different fire resistance limits, refer to the product label.

Application Precautions
Avoid application when the ambient temperature is below 5°C or the air humidity is above 85%. The steel plate temperature must be at least 3°C ​​above the dew point.
Do not apply in rainy or snowy conditions, or when rain or snow is expected during the Coating or drying process.
The paint film thickness for a single Paint should be appropriate and not excessive (1000μm dry film thickness). Failure to do so will result in poor drying and paint film defects.
Avoid open flames at the construction site. Ensure adequate ventilation.
